Here is a link to a Google Sheets spreadsheet that you will need to request access to (by clicking on it) and then once you get access, you can use to fill out the contact page in the proposal section of the workbook.
You will need to provide the beneficiary with a copy of Navigating the Eagle Scout Service Project Information for Project Beneficiaries when they sign your proposal.
Remember to keep track of your hours. See the first item on the FAQ page.
You will need to Make a copy (file menu) of this Google Docs cover page, and personalize it with your name. Use this on the cover of your 3 ring binder that you will keep your project workbook pages in. We have surplus 3 ring binders and clear plastic page protectors at the Scout Hut that you can use. This binder is your project notebook.
If you plan to do a project that involves power tools of any kind please familiarize yourself with this document, SAFE Project Tool Use.
If you project involves digging, you should call 811. 811 is a free service, and when you call you will get a ticket number and the lead time they have before you can dig (after they have marked the site). Bear in mind that the 811 service will only locate underground utilities, and if something was buried by the property owner or by a contractor on their behalf, it won't be located.
